Emergency Food Pantry
Mile High Early Learning serves a population where more than 92% of the families live at or below the Federal Poverty Level ($25,750 for a family of four) and in Denver, it costs 3 times this amount to meet the basic needs for a family with two small children.
Sadly in this climate of economic uncertainty, more and more of our families require extra assistance, even to feed their children. Mile High Early Learning maintains a centralized emergency food pantry to support our families in need.
Donations of non-perishable foods or cash donations are accepted throughout the year.
Recommended foods include
- Cereals and/or oatmeal
- Peanut butter and jellies
- Canned soups
- Beans, rice, spaghetti or other pasta
- Pasta or spaghetti sauces
- Canned tuna, chicken or other meats
Please call 303.861.2602 or email firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested and able to support this effort.
For a hungry child or parents unable to feed their children, your support is critical and greatly appreciated. Thank you for your consideration!
